Blank orders: usually dispatched the next working day.

Embroidered orders: dispatched within a week of artwork approval. Fast-track is available, just ask.

All orders are sent tracked with Royal Mail and you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

What Happens After Placing Your Order?

For New Customer Logos:

A team member will contact you via email to confirm your order details.

Within 1-2 days of order confirmation, our team will email you your logo proofs.

The initial proof is digital, allowing you to review and request any necessary changes.

Following your approval, we'll proceed with sending your order into production.
