- Standard Items: Returns are permitted within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
- Personalised Items: Personalised or embroidered items with clients' logos are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Initiating a Return:

- We will provide you with the necessary return information and instructions.
Return Shipping:
- Returns are the responsibility of the buyer to arrange.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Processing Returns:
- Returns are processed within 2 working days from the time we receive the returned item.
Refunds:
- Once your return is processed and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- The refund should appear in your bank account within 7 working days.
