SK Apparel Return and Refund Policy

  • Standard Items: Returns are permitted within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
  • Personalised Items: Personalised or embroidered items with clients' logos are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Initiating a Return:

  • We will provide you with the necessary return information and instructions.

Return Shipping:

  • Returns are the responsibility of the buyer to arrange.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Processing Returns:

  • Returns are processed within 2 working days from the time we receive the returned item.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is processed and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • The refund should appear in your bank account within 7 working days.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
