Shipping Policy

At SK Apparel, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy for information on our delivery times and methods.

Delivery Times

Plain Garments:

• For plain garments with no personalisation, delivery is within 2-4 working days.

Embroidered Orders:

• For embroidered orders, delivery is within 7-10 working days from the date of artwork approval.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Orders Under £100 (Excluding VAT):

• Orders under £100 (excluding VAT) will be shipped via Evri.

Orders Over £100 (Excluding VAT):

• Orders over £100 (excluding VAT) will be shipped via DHL on a next working day service.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• SK Apparel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping Policy

• We currently do not ship outside the UK.
