Shipping policy

Delivery

All UK orders are sent tracked with Royal Mail. Standard delivery is £4.99 to England, Wales and Scotland. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland or outside the UK.

When to expect your order

Plain garments: usually dispatched the next working day.

Embroidered orders: dispatched within a week of artwork approval. Fast-track is available, just ask.

Royal Mail Tracked delivery normally takes 2-3 working days after dispatch.

Orders are not dispatched at weekends or on bank holidays. You will get an email with your tracking number once your order is on its way. If there is any delay we will contact you by email or phone.
